Shipping Policy

Delivery within 7-8 days.

If the product is made to order, the product shall be dispatched within 3-5 days.

Refund Policy

Return/Refund requests raised will be accepted for the following reasons:

  1. Damaged - If the item delivered to you is in a damaged condition.
  2. Defective - If the item delivered to you is defective. A defect is the unfortunate result of a flaw in manufacturing, which hinders the intended use of the product (e.g. wooden joints opening etc). Please note that natural characteristics of the material used, like appearance or texture, the minor colour differences are not defects.
  3. Difference - If the item delivered to you is different (in dimension, shape or colour) from the item image on our website.
  4. Missing - If the product delivered to you is incomplete or has components missing.

Video while opening a parcel is a must for any return request.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel the order (or part of the order) within the same day of the order confirmation.
